Terms and Conditions for Submission — Kichi Kichi Chef’s Table Meet-Up Contest

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the “Kichi Kichi Chef’s Table Meet-Up” contest (the “Contest”) organised by RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd (“RE&S” or the “Organiser”). By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms:

 

1. Eligibility & Entry Conditions

1.1. To qualify, participants must make a purchase between 15 June 2026 and 10 July 2026 at Tsukimi Hamburg &JOY outlet located at Jurong Point.

1.2. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to one (1) entry. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate submissions will be disqualified at the sole discretion of RE&S.

 

2. Winner Selection & Notification

2.1. Shortlisted winners will be contacted by RE&S via the email address and/or mobile number provided in the entry form. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure their contact details are accurate and complete.

 

2.2. Selected winners must confirm their attendance within the stipulated timeframe indicated in the notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, which may then be awarded to a replacement winner at the Organiser’s discretion.

 

3. Prizes & Redemption

3.1. Prizes awarded under this Contest are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

 

3.2. Participation in the Contest does not guarantee a prize. All prizes are subject to availability and are provided at the discretion of RE&S.

 

4. Rights & Disclaimers

4.1. RE&S reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submissions and to request for the original physical receipt for validation purposes. Any suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms will result in immediate disqualification.

 

4.2. RE&S reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Contest and/or these Terms at any time without prior notice or liability.

 

4.3. In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to eligibility and prize entitlements, the decision of RE&S shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

 

5. Personal Data Consent

5.1. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by RE&S for the purpose of administering the Contest, contacting winners, and conducting publicity in connection with the Contest, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
